Our work package leader - Lukáš Pavlovec
Within the SOLIDBAT project, Lukáš Pavlovec from Inobat leads Work Package 4, focused on upscaling and cell manufacturing. His team is responsible for assembling and testing hundreds of solid-state battery cells using materials developed by project partners — a crucial step to demonstrate the performance, scalability, and real-world potential of the SOLIDBAT technology.

-
Which are the challenges of your WP(s)?
As the leader of WP4, Inobat must prepare hundreds of cells composed of materials provided by its partners. The main challenge will be to get “familiar” with the various materials and adapt all machines to work with them.
-
Which achievements do you foresee?
We hope that the cells will demonstrate the expected performance and scalability – the main key to starting to use it in the real world.
-
Which synergies do you expect to have with partners?
Coordination with all partners and information sharing will play a major role, because with dozens of different materials inside the cell, it is easy to make a mistake, whether in handling instruction, following protocol, etc.
-
A personal perspective: what do you like/enjoy/expect from the experience of being a WPL?
It will be demanding work to ensure that all steps go smoothly, but that is part of the never-ending story of learning and subsequent application in the field of research.
